Major change to gameplay, you must pay tribute!

There have been some major changes to the gameplay. Before we were just conquering regions and expanding. Now we need to pay a tribute! The objective right now is to survive the 3 tributes. I probably will need to add more regions, right now there are only 4 but it should have at least double.
Major changes:
- Now there is a tribute that you owe the warlord every year.
- The number of buildings per region has been increased, and it is shared with the trees, so if you have many trees, you can't build more buildings.
- You will now be able to place wheat fields and have a worker on them. Each worker can work on 8 fields. Boosted fields, nerfed gathering.
- There are now some animals (deer) that wander around and multiply, and they will eat your crops!
- We can now loot enemies, so you can kill the deer for food.
Some quality of life:
- I finally added the zoom functionality. I didn't have a mouse so it was hard to implement it before ;)
- You can scale the UI in the pause menu.
- The game should now run in fullscreen, to fix the issue of it displaying the windows taskbar over the game window.
Another change was to the terrain from using square regions, to a region made of several points. To go with that, we now have terrain that is not flat, but with normal hills, as well as better looking.
I had some more screenshots of the in-between process, but itch is giving me some trouble to upload them.
